I got up at 4:30 this morning and was out the door at 6 am. Returned home at 8 and did four hours worth of work before I decided to take a break. A pretty LONG break. So, I’m sitting here semi-excited that a chick flick just started on whatever channel, and I’m trying to talk myself into sitting still long enough to watch it, all the while feeling incredibly GUILTY that I’m being a slug. Just then, somebody’s status update scrolls across my screen and it says: “One of the most important keys to success is having the discipline to do that which you know you should do, even when you don’t feel like going it – Unknown”. Well, I know who said that. His name is Brian Tracy, a motivational speaker slash success coach who fills a ton of space in my iPod. And I also know THIS WAS A SIGN made just for me and delivered before my very eyes by the Goddess of Get Off Your Butt.
So much for the mid-afternoon chick flick, and hello running shoes
